HLP advised Marva Group in the sale of Marva Media and Rauman Suorajakelu to Sanoma

Sanoma Media Finland buys all the shares in Marva Media Oy and Rauman Suorajakelu Oy. Marva Media publishes the newspaper Länsi-Suomi and the Raumalainen city newspaper. The deal strengthens the reach and customer base of Sanoma’s regional news media in the Satakunta region.

HLP acted as financial advisor to Marva Group in the transaction.
