Belgian company Christeyns has acquired a majority stake in Kemvit. Kemvit’s CEO, Juuso Viherlaakso, remains a significant minority shareholder in Kemvit.
HLP acted as financial advisor to Kemvit’s shareholders U-Niin Oy and Terra Patris Oy.
