BMS Stangeland has entered into an agreement to sell Havator Oy’s port operations to Rauanheimo, headquartered in Kokkola, Finland. As part of the agreement, all port-related activities in the western Finnish ports of Kemi, Oulu, and Kaskinen will be transferred from Havator Oy to Rauanheimo.

From BMS Stangeland’s perspective, the transaction is a strategic step in sharpening the group’s operational focus.
