Joakim Åberg

Joakim has over 20 years of investment banking and M&A experience.

Previous experience includes serving as the Head of Danske Markets Corporate Finance in Finland, senior partner and member of the Management Board in Mandatum & Co, and as an attorney at Roschier Attorneys.

Joakim has been acting as an advisor in over 40 significant international and Finnish transactions during the last 10 years. He has been the sole investment banker in the working group composing the Helsinki Takeover Code, as well as in the working group modernizing it in 2013.

Joakim has Master’s Degrees in both Finance and Law.
