Sale of Cramo Nederland B.V. to Jaston Groep B.V.

The divestment is in line with Cramo’s strategy to focus its resources on both its core Nordic markets, and its emerging core Central and Eastern European markets.

Jaston Groep B.V. is a rental and scaffolding company active in the Netherlands.

Cramo Nederland B.V.is a general equipment rental company active in the Dutch rental market with sales amounting to approximately EUR 12.7 million in 2006, and a staff of 90.

Cramo Plc is a service company specialising in construction machinery and equipment rental and rental-related services, as well as rental and sale of modular space. As one of the industry’s leading service providers in the Nordic countries and Central and Eastern Europe, Cramo operates in eleven countries with 250 outlets. With a group staff of over 1,800, Cramo’s consolidated sales for 2006 totalled EUR 402 million. Cramo is listed on the Helsinki Stock Exchange.
