Dinex is developing, producing and selling complete technological cleantech solutions, for treatment of emissions from diesel- and gas-powered engines in construction and agricultural machines, trucks, busses, ships, trains, and stationary power generators.

Ecocat develops, produces and sells metal-based substrates and coatings for both ceramic and metal substrates, which are core parts of the technical solutions for modern day heavy-duty exhaust systems. The company was started in 1994 by the chemical group Kemira and has since been owned by various private equities. Main production is in Finland, as well as through Joint Ventures in India and Uzbekistan.
