Intera is a Finnish growth-oriented private equity firm. Typical investment situations for Intera are acceleration of organic growth and internationalization of target companies, industry consolidation and generation shifts in family-owned companies.
The security activities of ISS Finland have 1,100 employees and generated an annual revenue of EUR 68 million in 2015. It is one of the leading companies in Finland’s security industry.
