JRH-Yhtiöt is a general renovation contractor operating in the Helsinki metropolitan area that specializes in renovation of business-, hotel-, restaurant-, and residential premises. In 2008 JRH’s turnover amounted to approximately EUR 37 million and number of employees was around 120.
After the transactions Consti Yhtiöt’s annual pro forma turnover exceeds EUR 100 million and the number of employees exceeds 400.
